get to know today should be the first day of CNY by rite.
~simpler way to determine when the new year begins for the Chinese because it uses the moon as a gauge. But a more accurate manner should be based on the books which contain the solar calendar based on the sun.but we are not aware of a solar calendar.
Be it 4 Feb 2008 or 7th Feb 2008 is the first day of CNY.
Mr J say must be happy today...so tat the whole year will be happy...
