Slim..slim...


wooohooo!
i have slim down... by 3 kg
but i have to continue to work hard.. cos another 7 kg more to go....
before you go on slimming, it is important to know the content of your body..
is it fat, water or muscle add to the weight?

so you can work toward the correct way to get slim down and get healthy.
so tomolo i will be starting another round of slim down program!
I wan to get my acceptable weight by the end of year!
i'm going to do tat!
now from XXL/ XL -> L for my clothings and my pants, jeans are loose!
it is time to get determine and resist the temptation of fried food!
i can do it for the past 1 - 2 mths...
i can do it for this coming 3 months!
