Crying out

Yesterday it is a fight between my physical n spiritual.when your body is weak, the devil will come n throw u all kind of shit.
Seeing dad still in a uncomfortable state. It pains mi but I can't do much.
I m tired mentally n physically.
Crying out is the way I can release all my pain.
